Triggering (Suicide) - U/D Lonliness
I had a dream last night where I asked a dead friend (I don't know who she was as I don't have any dead friends) what dying was like and afterwards. She said "wonderful".
I'm not reading too much into this - it's just that I've been up and down like a bloody yo yo for a long time and been pretty suicidal this week in particular. I wonder if this is my brain telling me it's okay to give up?
EDIT: and now I feel triggered by the fact that my best friend hasn't replied to my text and is probably too busy with our other best friend. This is what happens everytime my best friend comes back from uni!!! I always get left out :(

Dreams can be weird things, sometimes they're utterly random sometimes they reflect upon stresses and events that are occurring in our lives.
Do you have any people in real life you can discuss this with, for instance a GP or therapist?

fire2burn - I am seeing a therapist for the first time (since I stopped CAMHS) on Thursday so hoping to discuss it then. Thanks for the reply :)
