Calming an urge
My sister recommended this tea called St. John's Wort Blues Away
(Link for information: http://www.yogiproducts.com/products...rt-blues-away/ )
I'm not a big tea fan my self, but I tried a cup today and it was very nice and relaxing. I had a high stress situation just before, and it helped calm me down. To me it smells like Blistex chap stick kind of, but I'm a little weird like that haha
Just something to try

Thats really interesting. I'm a big tea and coffee drinker so I might look this up. Valerian tea is also meant to be good for helping you sleep.

Cool! Thank you for the tip. I'll give this a try. ^_^ I've had some success from black tea with cinnamon and honey, also.

St John's Wort is a herbal anti-depressant and works for a lot of people. It is available in forms like tea etc from health food shops but you need to be careful with it as it causes other medicines to be metabolised faster which can be dangerous. One of the medicines it interferes with is the oral contraceptive pill so take care if you are on it as you might become pregnant. I'm not sure how much of it is in the tea though. It might be worth checking with your GP if you are on any other medications.
That aside I'm glad you have found something which helps x

Not only is it supposed to be a herbal anti-depressant, but its either supposed to help with the loss of sexual appetite caused by anti-depressant meds, or it supplies the anti-depression shizzle without that side effect. Something like that.
