scared to tell my doctor

i have to go to the doctor next week, i haven't been in like 2 years or something, i mean it's no big deal i guess, i'm over 18 so they cant do anything but they dont know i cut. my parents know i used to do it, and my friends all know i still do, i've been trying really hard and doing well this summer, but still, this is probebly my last time ever seeing this doctor, and i am in fact going back to therapy next month so it's not like i'm scared of the consequences or anything. i dont know why i'm stressed really, but i am.

Telling the doctor can be scary! But it seems like you don't have to be afraid. Maybe write down how you want to say it so you feel more confident?
