Triggering (SI/Sexual Abuse) - Psychosis thread, help me to help her!

Im new here... I have my own eating disorder... but Im here looking for advice for my best friend.... She's in psychiatric ward in Scotland.(3weeks). She's had depression & suicide attempts in the past.
They dont seem to be doing ANYTHING!! for her except the occasional nurse that will listen.. she's bored witless... 1 creative writing class a week, 1 art class & that appears to be it!
The boredom has made the voices more audible to her.
SHe sees images constantly of 'how to kill herself' & hears voices goading her to do it.
She had more control over this before she went in to hospital (she was sexually assaulted at Xmas & took pills - this was the catalyst to her staying in)
Theres a chance she could move to a more secure place (despite supposedly being secure, she has managed to walk out, go to the shop & buy pills 2 times since her arrival)
I am devastated that she has gotten worse.
What should she expect from this new place (apart from more professionlism) if she can get herself transferred!? Her aunt is a CPN, so thats good, but we (friends, husband, son) just dont know what to do anymore or what to ask for or what to fight for.
She's come off the haliperidol & is on anti depressants & diazepam.... they have given her NOTHING for the psychosis part of the problem & its that that is causing her the most stress. When this is under control she is the most wonderful, funny friendly person in the world... she needs fixed! and me... ever practical.. cant do it!
