Hearing Things.. *Trigger?*

I can hear things... But they're not coming from anything real..
Screams from women and men and babies and cats. It's not from outside or inside or the T.v. But it's not in my head. It's too real to be in my head.

This used to happen before. When i was really young; 8 until about 10 years old. I'd talk to the voice that i heard. It was more then just an imaginary friend. It's still there and it still comes out sometimes. I never see the person, just hear the voice. It's scary and i don't like it and i want it to stop. I want everything to stop.

I don't know what's happening to me, and why it's happening tonight. It's like i've suddenly turned into an unrecognizable state. I can't stop shaking, shivering, my fingers and hands are ice cold for no reason. I can't keep still and i keep picking at my skin. If i feel even the slightest bump, it has to come off. Which isn't good considering i have bad acne.

I have no where else to turn. I'm so confused and scared. Please, someone, just tell me everything's going to be okay? It's a new year tomorow and things were meant to be getting better...

I see a psych and drugs worker but neither of them know about this.

I hear things too, sometimes see. I used to think they were real. I was in school and I was wondering why the teacher wasn't stopping them for sexually harrassing me.... Then one day I screamed at him. Then a wolf appeared in my bedroom and I was like, "Okay, this can't be real." It's scary, but just keep telling yourself it's not real. I usually start to draw and blast music real loud when they come. My boyfriend will talk me through it if he's there... having someone really helps. Just try to ignore it as best you can. And I do the skin thing too, guess just a nervious twitch. I have a scar on my face from it..
