Trying to feel less alone...

Hello everyone

I am very new here (I signed up about 2 minutes ago!) This very minute i feel so incredibly terrified and frightened and alone and disconnected from the world or anything that can give me any kind of comfort and it is almost unbearable

. So I have joined to try and reach out to the world and make me human contact and to feel less alone.
I am not trying to give up cutting yet as I need it to distract me from this fear, but one day I hope to be in a place where I no longer feel the need. That would be a good day

hiya, I'm also very new here and don't know what I'm doing. I can understand where you're coming from as I feel exactly the same. Need what I do to cope with the fear and hurt as you say. But hopefully this site will help us. You are not alone as I'm here for a start, if you want to talk I'll listen and respond in hopefully an understanding way as we are both struggling perhaps we could help each other?
