Triggering (SI/OD) - Stuff.. Can't cope no more
Ok, from before RYL changed. I was going through a tough time, and has docs appt today.
It's making me sick, im really worried...
Dunno how much longer i can cope 
Just need someone to talk to...

I have a decent amount of knowledge within areas surrounding running away from home, how to keep safe etc.. And sleep disorders, and I plan on becoming a sleep psychologist - which is going to destroy me but hey, worth it eventually?

Don't worry-it won't be as bad as you think. You're doing a really courageous thing-and I envy you! I'm a bit of a coward at the moment. Have a positive attitude-it may be hard, but if you go in with a little hope-you'll get more out of it. You'll be fine okay? Doctors deal with this every day-they're aren't going to point at you like you're a 3 legged monkey in a zoo. Promise! RYL is here for you. Just stay strong

they done NOTHING. I getting no councillors, as they are no longer connected...
All i got was more damn painkillers for periods. She knows i tried to kill myself, and im still given more. :@

Im sorry how this has gone for you, its sounds like your dr wasn't very helpful.
Don't let this put you off getting any help though hun. How about making an appt with a different dr? Or go to connexions?
