Hi, I am a 22 year old female who grew up in a old school Italian family. MY parents and I have recently been going at each other every week. I feel as if they don't treat me like an adult, whereas I work a full-time corporate job, pay for my car, finished college with honors and balance a healthy lifestyle.
I've been with my boyfriend for over 2 years now and he is a bit older. [27] They don't allow me to sleepover or stay at his house [15 minutes away from mine] past a certain time. It is taking a toll on my relationship and I'm beginning to resent them for it.
Recently, I been wanting to plan a trip to Miami [from NYC] for his birthday for the weekend. I'm on the verge of just booking it even though they already told me it's not going to happen. SOS help.
