I've hurt myself

i've cut my arm in 3 places, a little deeper than I thought. Tonight I just want to take a few more tablets and go over to A&E and for someone to take care of me.
I want this to stop. I want some help.

My wife is lying next to me unaware of what I've done. She doesn't realise how I feel. She's wrapped up in her own grief/guilt since her brother died. She doesn't notice me.

Please go to A&E, let them help you. Speak to your wife in the morning, if you feel like you can. Just because she has stuff going on doesn't mean that yours isn't as important x

Bleeding stopped, I've properly tended to the cuts and cleaned up. I'll be fine. New day and l that.

If you are alluding to having taken an overdose then you need to go to A and E, I hope you're able to do that if necessary.
