not sure what to write but i feel like its all my fault
its like i caused it to happen and i dont know i guess i feel some one responsible for what is going on in his head for him to be doing something like this to me :(

As you say, you haven't said much, but I can only assume you're talking about some form of abuse...in which case it wasn't your fault honey.

Do you think it might help to talk about what you've been through? It can help you think about things more clearly and logically.

hey mix tape yeah i dont know.. i guess i keep telling myself if i deny it then it isnt happening even though i know deep down it is happening :(

i guess if i talk about it i feel like im letting people in and its hard for me to trust people i mean i have said a little bit about it but i always bottle up it seems easier that way
