Wound Care *May Trigger* - What is this-Is it dangerous

I have an area on my arm with about 20 new-ish cuts on a relatively small space. None of them are that deep (about 1cm at most) but for the past few days my arms has been having strong pains in the area for about 5 minutes followed by numbness (where I can feel almost nothing on the arm)for another 5 minutes. This happens quite a lot, but it is not the individual cuts that hurt but the whole area.

I dont think they are infected I was just wondering if this was normal and if I should be worrying.

Anytime you have numbness in an area you should get it checked out by a doctor to make sure that there is no nerve damage. You should try and get an appointment as soon as possible because the longer you wait the greater the chance that if there is damage it could become permanent.
