Hey,
How old are you? (in terms of what your GP can or can't tell your parents.)
Do you have a GP you can talk to, or who can refer you to a psychiatrist/psychologist?
Because those people are the ones that can help you.

You mentioned in another thread that you didn't think you could tell your parents, and that if you did, it would have bad consequences. How do you think they would react? What would they say?
Do you think they would have trouble understanding?

With voices, a lot of people find listening to loud music with headphones helps to drown them out... with the visuals, try to tell yourself they aren't real, that they can't hurt you. I know what the fear can be like when you are experiencing hallucinations, so trying to do something than you find soothing, whatever that may be...

Hope you are ok

I definitely second talking to a doctor or therapist if you have someone you trust.

Who are the people in your life who you trust and feel like they understand you? Those are the people I'd start with, and they could maybe help you get the help you need.

i'm 13.
there arent really many people who i trust, and the ones i do i'm scared what they say and how they will treat me afterwards.
they would understand, i just think that they would treat me differently afterward, which would make it hard for me to go back to normal. it would be arkward for months, and i'm just not sure that i can deal with that. i'm just not sure i could cope with them knowing and worrying when they see me.

Are there any teachers you feel like you might be able to trust? What about a guidance counselor at school? I remember having some teachers who really helped me when I was in school.

Would it be easier to e-mail someone who might help? You could even copy and paste your post into an e-mail.

You deserve to get the help you need now so you don't have to suffer so much into your adult life. And if you ever want someone to talk to, you can PM me. I'd be happy to hear from you and listen. But I also think you need to tell someone in real life who can get you the help you need and deserve.

Who do you trust?
How about your parents?
What do you think their responses might be?
Perhaps because they most likely don't understand self-harm, if you explain it to them they might be more helpful... What do you think?

I'm sorry you're in such a tough situation.
We're here and listening..

Do you think it would be worth the awkwardness, because afterward there will be a person/people who can try and understand and help you? Because you do deserve to be helped.
The things you are struggling with are really tough things, and you need to be able to talk with someone who can help you, like a therapist.

I can tell someone at school - weve got a counceller kind of person.
I might wait till a week when we are away with the school and e-mail them while i'm away.
then they can have time to get used to it so they might not shout at me.

I think that's a really good idea.

I don't think anyone would get angry at you. What's happening isn't your fault; you didn't do anything wrong. It's something really hard you're dealing with, but counselors are there because they want to help.

Good luck.

See I cannot feel this, not matter how you try and in the real world, there's no goodbyes.

Stare at the hands, you know you want to ;).
