Arm question

last few days my arm has developed quite a flinch, as in my hand will go and ill drop whats in my hand.
Tonight its much worse and also my wrist is really achey and my hand keeps going cold.
any ideas?

nope i havent cut on that arm for ages. bout 3-4 months

Sounds strange that this is happeneing without injury. maybe you have a trapped nerve from sleeping funny on your spine. either way its a good idea to get it checked out to make sure the nerve does not need releasing.
