*looks around* I don't think we have one of these....

Whenever I reach a milestone without Self harm or I haven't done it when things get tough I need someone to say 'you did good' but I don't want to make an entire new thread.......SO......

I thought we could all celebrate our achievements here & congratulate others who have acheived.

No matter how small your achievement is, share it with us

(This doesn't mean you cant have your own thread if you want one, Im just shy!)

I've only self-harmed about 5 times this year - doesn't sound much of an acheivement but I've had a REALLY poo year & I used to cut almost every day

I'm 13 months free and clean of harming myself and about 6 months from even considering it. I haven't harmed myself since Thanksgiving of 2006 (a terrible day) and haven't even considering hurting myself since July of 2007, but I just feel the deep urge and did nothing about it.
I'm extremely proud of myself because I've very done an entire year clean. I decided that I am going to get a tattoo to congratulate myself and remind me of my own strength and continued healing.

i haven't cut since december 26,07 so like 10 days or something and haven't even thought about it

i'm now 60 days free :)
it feels really good, and i've finally realised that harming doesn't make anything better- it just creates new problems.
tommorrow will also be the two month mark :)
i'm really proud of myself, just wanted to tell someone

my one year is coming up on the 22 of january. i'm very excited for my bracelet. lol. it's been almost a year since i told my mom too. i might treat myself to something that day.

I reached one month on the 7th. It's not much but it's the longest I've gone in a while.
