i can't even breathe

i hate when i get like this. but this time it feels different. like it is really never going to end. i can't stop crying. i have to pull over when i am driving because i am having panic attacks and can't breathe or see.

i tried to make an appointment at the clinic, but the can't see me until april. i don't know what to do. i just want to feel better but i feel like nothing is ever going to change. nothing is ever going to get better. i am tired of crying and cutting and panic attacks and mood swings. i don't know how to deal with this anymore.

This can get better - please don't give up. If you can't get through to the clinic are there any other avenues of support you could get right now? Maybe get in touch with your doctor and see if you can see them on a regular basis to discuss your mood and maybe look at other types of support for you?

I know how bad and painful this is for you right now, I've been there recently myself but please don't give up. Keep looking out for support, you can get through this.

i would see a doctor, but i have no insurance, so the only thing i can afford is to go to the health department, and they said there is nothing they can do so they referred me to this clinic.

i dont want to give up. it is just so hard. i need my meds adjusted. i need to be in therapy, but i cant have any of that even a little until april. i dont know what to do anymore. i am trying to be patient and wait, but it is so hard.
