Triggering (SI) - I'm so close
I'm sitting here, listening to depressing music and crying my eyes out for no apparent reason. I want to cut myself so much, though I know I shouldn't as it will only hurt my boyfriend. I can't do this anymore, I'm not sure what I can do to make myself feel even a little better. Everything I've tried (and I am/was willing to try anything) hasn't worked and I don't think it ever will. I feel so...'down'? 'Depressed'? I think i'll settle for 'lugubrious'.

I'm sorry that you're feeling so low. Please turn off the depressing music and try to listen to something more upbeat if you can. You don't have to self harm to cope with these feelings. We are all here to support you. Take care.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Have you talked to anyone about how low you've been feeling?
Prehaps talking to someone might help you figure out what's causing you to feel depressed? I'm here if you ever want to talk. xx

I'm sorry that your having such a difficult time. Do you know what it is thats causing you to feel this way? Have you tried going for a walk, or doing things such as tidying up, hoovering, reading a book, or doing wordsearches or somethinglike that? Have you looked at the Big distractions page? Have you tried talking to your boyfriend or anyone else about how you feel? Do you have any support? I know its not easy, but we are here for you and we will do our best to help you. Dont give up.
Take care all the best Ian
