one_step_closer The Shadow of the Day Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Scotland	Waiting Mode/Waiting Paralysis I know a lot of us get stuck in waiting mode/waiting paralysis and I saw this article in Happiful Magazine (link) which I don't know if anyone will find helpful but thought I'd share it just in case. Happiful Magazine in general can be quite a good read.
	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
