me neither, my therapist/psychiatrist laughs at me cos i only talk when i am maniac (i have bi polar disorder) but i have to admit having that weekly support does help. Poor you i hate not sleeping...

i feel exactly the same way, only difference being is i have been here before and in time it fades.......unfortunately it always seems to return.... are you seeing a psychatrist?
