Endless void

I want to die....then again i know i cant cause i'd be hurting those that care bout ,especially a friend of mine that i got back into contact with...i'd be hurting him alot....if i died...or even attempted.....in some way

i just ..am tired of knowing i am not perfect and that people treat me differently ....all i ask is to be treated like i am normal...but some people dont get the hint...and i stresses me out

and i know i am making minor probly minor problems into bigger ones then they already are....

but i just ...wanna scream and scream and scream....

It's okay to scream if you need to, honey. Maybe scream into a pillow or in your car with the music right up?

Nobody is perfect anywhere, but I know it can be difficult to accept. I really do. What makes you think people treat you as though you're "not normal"? Why would they?

It's good you have at least one reason to put off these thoughts and feelings, could you think of any more? Even little ones like favourite foods or pets or flowers or anything else you wouldn't have if you were gone?

Go ahead and scream, hun. It can help you feel better.
No one is perfect, so don't feel you have to be. Are you getting any professional help or support? xo.

me too. lol

if someone isn't treating you like a normal person (which you are, doesn't matter what disabilities you have), don't be around them, or confront them. if professionals are treating you like that (i've had that happen), you need to complain. but i know what you mean. i was registered with disability for mental illness when i went to university and i felt like if i told anyone they'd see me as less, not the same as them. or like if i tell them about the fact that i get psychotic they'll just think i'm crazy and that they need to treat me different. but i figure if someone really cares, they wont do that. but i agree with everyone else. scream if you need to. it's much better than hurting yourself. can you talk to a counselor about how you're feeling? maybe they can help.

as for your ex, if he starts bothering you, you can do something about it... change your number and if he harrasses you, report it. i also know that if you're with magellan you can talk to case managers and stuff there. they can help you out with that type of problem.

yea...i havent seen or heard from him since i broke up with him...its just a constant worry...cause i know how he is ....and i dont want others to feel unsafe if he is around if you get my drift

suspendeddisconnect 31-03-2009 08:08 PM

yeah those type of people can make you feel afraid even if they're not around anymore. but just keep trying to tell yourself that its unlikely he'll come back around and that even if he does you have options and can find a way to make him go away... but we're always here to support you so post whenever you feel like this.
