No ta !!!! just no . I am at the moment at the best place i have been in for ages !!!:notsure:
and this is stupid !! my cpn will be here in 21 mins to come and pick me up.
for me to go and sit in a room and say nothin .
yer i still am well paranoid but i can kina cope with that my self :thumbup:

hes actually nice and i think i can do it next time hes going to come to my house so i feel more comfatable !!
i have another appointment in may ! maybe i could actually talk to him !

i am so happy .
The doctor was nice to me.
He knew that i didnt like not knowing where i was .
so he let me search on google maps to find out where we was and i was much happier
also my cpn i felt that i was able to talk to her a bit better when we was away with out any distractions :)
its looking up yay
