On RYL we do have our Supporters who - although not "counsellors" - are able to talk things through with you and give support and advice. You can contact them through the little link in my sig. I'm always happy to listen as well if you feel up to telling someone?

xx

You say that no one worries about it, but actually you have had a great deal of support for this issue, but you have ignored all advice and suggestions given to you. If you were to take on board the things that have been suggested to you then you should start to be able to work through it and come out the other side. You are choosing to ignore the advice, therefore choosing not to move forward, so please don't place it on the members and them not worrying about it, we, as a whole have tried to help you a great deal, the rest has to come from you.

I hope you do start to take the advice from those threads and that you can move forward.

Take care of yourself.

no no, i didnt mean that no one was worrying, everybody has helped me on here, but i just finding it difficult to move one... i wouldnt say i have ignored the advice, i have taken some of it in and am trying to move on from the situation, but it still keeps coming back to me... so like wenever it comes back on, in my mind i just like sumone to talk to about it, and let it out

Hi there hindenburg,

First off I just wanted to say how great it is that you felt able to post when you feel so low at the moment. I can't really comment on how to help you with your situation because I haven't read any of your other posts so I know nothing about said situation! All I do know is that sometimes certain life incidents that happen in our past come back to haunt us time and time again until we face these demons and learn to accept and deal with them. This is often best done with someone whom is physically there with you - like a friend or professional. But from experience I also know that RYL can be a more comfortable environment to share these sorts of things because of the ability to switch off the website anytime you wish - You are in control and ultimately that makes it less intimidating.

As others have said we don't have formally trained counsellors on here but we do have lots of people whom are willing to listen and to advise you; people who have all had different life experiences and can often empathise with what you are going through. There are lots of different ways you can contact these helpful members of the site and at least one of them you're already using. You can access Chat [link] by clicking the link in this post or underneath the RYL banner where it says Chat! As Enigma. pointed out you can also contact the Supporters, there is a link on the main site.

We're not professionals but we're often a friendly ear. As Crazy Rabbit Lady suggested it might be an idea to get a counsellor if you feel able to do so, the more support you receive the better you may feel.

Hope you're feeling a bit better today

Emma

Good luck with finding a counsellor that is a positive step forward...

We are all here for you too... and like Chelsea and Emma said there are the supporters on the main site...
