100 days
 

well thats it, 100th day from cutting, yay me, why do i not sound pleased
its been hard, ive even attempted along the way, but im still here and hvnt cut.
almost attempted many times but i never took them apart from that once
its only 88 days from that so i guess it doesnt count, meh
i finally found the strenth to trust girls again in the last week but nope its gone away again, proberly for a couple more months.
things keep making me really suicidal but im fighitng though i have to.
although its surprising im not having strong urges to cut anymore, should be a good sign.

That's a really huge stpe, you should be proud. Stopping self harm can be so difficult and you're doing really well.

What happened to make you trust girls - or, lose trust again?

It's great that you're not having strong urges - it means you're learning other coping mechanisims and ways to deal with what you're feeling. Thats great, and I hope you can keep it up.

What is it that is causing you to feel suicidal? I hope you're able to deal with that and overcome those, it sounds like you're doing well so far, so keep it up and remember to reach out for support when you need it.
