feel so low today
 

have been feeling a lot better lately as on strong mediciation. but today ive felt awful. i hope i'm not going down that slope again. would just like some words of support/advice? thanks :crying:

Is there someone you can speak with about how you're feeling?

really sorry ur feeling low. I'm sending ya lots of hugs. Just try and remember that one bad day doesnt necessarily mean ur gonna go down again. Your allowed a bad day every once in a while

not really any reason. my mood alters for no resaon. but today is a new day im going to look foward and hope im feeling ok.
