hi. well, i'm 38 and would like to talk to someone around the same age range or older it would be nice i have been wanting to cut all week long.really really hard and really really deep and long. i have been since i was 10 about. please, just to know that someone out there understands would mean a lot.
a part of me just wants to die, to disappear but i know that is a fantasy escape coping mechanism but still it's so there, just to be done.

I understand. Right now I just want to destroy myself because I'm mad at myself for being needy. I want to make my character defects and self hatred visible for the whole world to see. I want to make myself into ground meat. I want to disappear too. I just want to go to bed until the hurting stops. But I know that isn't a solution, i'll just have to deal with it. I got two new books yesterday, two sci-fi series i'm following and I can't even lose myself in those.

PM me if you want. Just a bit of a caution in case I don't reply immediately. I may be going out of town overnight Saturday but I'll check for messages Sat am before we leave and again Sun pm when I get home.

i know the feeling of wanting to disappear.
and ive only been cut free for a few weeks...so my urges are also still there.

the vets here are very supportive and helpful.

i'm 23 and i have been si'ing since i was 12, so i'm much younger but i do know for a fact that a ton of the vets are in their 30s or 40s and older, they just haven't seen this, so you are most definitely NOT ALONE
