Help, don't know how long can manage

Don't know what to do. Want help but don't. Want it to end. What can I do?

hii im sorry youre having a hard time at the moment lovey,,

getting help is scary but will be beneficial in the long term. listen to the part of you that wants help. maybe you can write down a list of things you are looking forward to, or things you enjoy. then you can focus on them, as reasons for getting help.

please dont end it. can you call anyone? if not theres always helplines, and iv found it helpful to ring helplines before just to have someone to vent to, to keep me busy for a while.
also, distractions can be good, internet games, tv, favourite films, music etc.

look after yourself, things wont always be as bad xxx

Hello there im really sorry that your struggling. Whats wrong are you ok? Could you talk to me some more about whats going on? Has something happened.? We are all here for you, please keep talking to us. Do you know the cause of this? Have you tried distracting yourself? You could try listening to music, watching a move, doing jobs to keep you busy, writing down your thoughts and feelings. Please dont end your life we all care about you so much please think about this before you think about doing anything. If anything happened to you it would have a huge effect on alot of people here.

Try not to write down only the negative things when writing, try to write the positive things to. I know its scary asking for help but you have to think of yourself here you need help for yourself otherwise things will just go round in circles specially if you keep things bottled up as this could make things worse. The best thing to do would be to go to your doctor and tell him/her whats wrong. Are you feeling deppressed at all? I hope you dont mind me asking questions its just so that i can help you more. Do you have any support in place?

Best wishes Ian xxxxxxxxxxxxx
