Hey, sorry that you’re struggling. Urges can be so strong and painful. They do pass though. Harming might numb the feeling for a bit, but not for long and the damage caused usually lasts longer!

Would it help to talk more about the feelings you’re having here?

What sort of distractions have helped you in the past?
