Closing the Supporters (inc LH and emails)
 

Over the last few years there has a been a steady and significant decrease in the Supporter activity. From answering hundreds of emails per month, we now answer just an handful. The board are quiet and our team of thirty now comprises of just a few of members who are all inactive.

We have had discussions as a team and we no longer feel the Supporters are viable or beneficial to the site. With this in mind we intent to close the Supporter boards and turn off the Supporter email - and indeed Live Help - and redirect emailers towards the Samaritans or moderators respectively.

This has been discussed amongst remaining Supporters and all previous Head Supporters and team leaders who are still members and all are in agreement. If anyone has any thoughts or comments, please let us know. As of tonight the ability to leave a message via LiveHelp has been switched off. Although emails direct to support@recoveryourlife.com will still be recieved, they will not be answered.

I also want to say a massive thanks to each and every single one of you that has been a Supporter, past and present, and kept things going for so long.
