Panic attacks are horrible, but now you know what happened you can be more prepared for if it ever happens again.

The most useful thing I ever got from therapy was learning to control the physical symptoms of panic and anxiety - so trying to slow your breathing (and therefore your heartrate) down, because when your body is out of that "fight or flight" mode you will be better able to sort your head out.

I hope that makes some sense x

I'm not sure what to say, as I have only ever had one or two panic attacks in my life, but they are horrible and I hope they are a one off for you.

The mess will be over, it may not be easy, but it will end. Best of luck

Emma!
