My biggest trigger
 

How do you tell your husband he's your biggest trigger? How do you tell him every time he puts you down or calls you a horrible name or any of the other stuff he does makes you want to cut or worse? I'm so stressed out that even when things are going good I know that sooner or later it will change and I have to tell my therapist that once again I cut and feel like a failure.:sad: My husband doesn't know I still cut and I keep it pretty well hidden from everybody so if I tell him he's my trigger he's going to find out and I don't know if I want him to know. Maybe someone has an better idea.

*hugs* I'm sorry your husband is saying stuff like that to you... it doesn't sound too pleasant :/ Maybe you could let him know without telling him about your SI. Do you think you could just tell him that it makes you feel bad? I hope he will realize what he's doing...

Yeah, I would hint it to him..tell him you're emotionally fragile and his words hurt perhaps?
