Bristol Crisis Service for Women


Bristol Crisis Service for Women offers a confidential helpline service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights for women in emotional distress, and particularly for women who self injure. The BCSW is a member of the Telephone Helplines Association.

You can go on ot the web chat and talk to people on it who can give you more websites and ideas on pretty much anything. I found out about RYL through these people. It's compleetly confidential, they have a web chat from 7 till 10, they also have a email system and you can phone them anytime of day and wil always get someone to talk to. the phone number is a free-phone number so you can cal it from a home phone and no-one will know because it doesnt show up on phone bill's.
