Rant thing. Suggestions/help?
Hi all, I'm sort of new-ish. Anyway, I'm in a bit of a "situation" as it were. Might aswell start from the beggining. I've never been "normal", not that I think anyone can define this. I was kicked out of many schools and I failed my GCSEs. I didn't know my dad, but my mother used to get high and whatever but she was never (what I would class as) "abusive".
I started harming years back, anyway, before my sister died, I'd been seven years free. Then she died and I messed it all up. I miss her so much it physically hurts, and I know nothing I can say/ do will bring her back but I need her. I seem to always just sit in her room now.
I've been fired , and I don't really leave the house anymore. But today I have a doctors appointment, and I'm really nervous, so I drank ALOT last night. I don't know why I posted this thread, I'm sorry if it makes no sense and if it's in the wrong place.

I hope the doctors appointment goes well and you are able to tell them how much you're struggling and hopefully they can help. We all grieve differently, don't beat yourself up about it, it's okay to miss her and to need her. Do you have any friends you can talk to or who can just be there for you? take care of yourself, hugs, Hannah

Did you go to the doctors to tell them about how you're struggling? Did they offer any good help?
Grief is a very tough thing. When people die it's completely natural to feel...well...terrible. People react in different ways, and the things you're going through are normal. I'm not catagorising you, I'm just telling you not to worry and think that you're coping in a strange way.
Not sure what else I can say.
I'm here if you need to talk (I have also had to deal with the death of someone close, so I know it helps to have someone to listen)
Take care
