Six Months
Today marks six months free of any kind of self harm.
It also marks six months since I was last in hospital (which is great as I was going into hospital pretty much every month or so).
The medication seems to be working; the voices are still there but I find it so easy to ignore them now. I haven't obeyed their commands at all. I have only had to use my PRN medication twice in the last six months (and that was really because I wanted to get some sleep!)
I just want to thank everyone who's been there for me since I joined RYL. I've found that since I started posting in vets, I've been feeling very supported and I've made some great friends. So thank you to the people who helped me through the rough times, and thank you to the people in the Virtual Psych Ward for being with me through the good times and the bad.
I love you all.
