i have googled it but they all have feet and i cant orgasm with socks on so i am guessing feet on a sleep suit might be the same.

If you sew the ends, you should be fine. You can either use a blanket stitch or cut them too long and turn them up and sew them conventionally.

Or you can use Pinking shears that don't cause the material to fray.

I'm not into it personally but I can't see the problem if other people are. Who's to say what people should get up to in the privacy of their own homes as long as no one it's safe and consensual?
