what if you write down what you want to say? or have your friend call for you?
Why do you feel you want to talk to them?

They trained to take calls from all sorts of people with mental health problems in distress. Just tell them whats going on, how you feel, what your doing, tell them your scared and unsure. They won't say your making it up. It could help, they can offer support. If they really don't help you can always end the call.
Take carexxxx

i think you shoulf phone them, though i've not before myself, i've only ever phoned to speak to someone i know, but if you think you're in crisis and need to talk things through with someone, it'd be really good to phone. i hope they can help, even if it is terrifying

Hey,
Just calm down. They will not think you're making it up, they are there to help you. I think you should ring them. Take care. xx

Well done for calling them.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
