its probably been 2 or three weeks..i dont effing know. but ive been sober. no blow whatsoever.

i dont know how i neccesarily feel about it. i dont feel better mentally. in fact, most times i feel incrediable detached. almost like in a dream. things happen and it doesnt ever really process in my mind realisticly.


i still have the cravings. i still want an d want and i dunno what im to do.

if there was some in front of me at this very point in time, I would 100% take it.

You're doing really well, 2/3 weeks is a big achievment. I know you can keep going, I know it. Arcade. Keep yourself distracted, you can beat the cravings. xx

your doing well, now is a important time to analyse what your triggers are and make sure you keep safe. find other things to do when you have cravings to keep your self away from the D.

have you tried any form or counselling or therapy to help you stay off D.
