So this is following on from Adam's thread with the epic fails...
So what have you failed at? I'll share one of mine (one of my most impressive)
Cheese Sandwhich + Microwave = Kaboom.
Yes, I blew up the microwave when I tried to melt my cheese sandwhich in it... I wasn't allowed anywhere near the microwave for the next few years....

Today I've failed at playing Canis Canem Edit on the PS2. I'm crap at anagrams so I've yet to fully pass English. Ah well.
One of my friends does silly things like that in the kitchen, I'm surprised she's still allowed in there.

yes well.... it was a long time before i was... i also managed to melt a silicon oven mitt on the stove top, so badly that the stove had to be replaced....

In my defense though the guy that had ordered the cheeseburger was standing out of sight :P
