I just wanted to formally introduce myself here. I've been posting here and decided I should introduce myself. So here it goes.

Well my name's Caitlyn I'm 25 and from Massachusetts. I've been a self harmer for 12 years with brief periods of sobriety. I've also been the lucky lottery winner of being Bi Polar, PTSD,Borderline Personality Disorder. I was diagnosed when I was 18 and have been in and out of hospitals quite a few times. For the most part, I am stable but still have tough times. I'm also a survivor of sexual abuse.

When I was almost 24, I lost both of my parents due to illness. My mum had passed away 8 days after my dad. After the funerals, I stayed in my parents house for about 6 months then my brother,sister and I decided to sell the house cause I could not keep up the maintanence of the house. It was bittersweet. I have my own apartment now and am doin well. I have 2 jobs which help with the rent and the other bills.

I have 2 pets which I consider my *kids* I have a cat and a rabbit. I really don't know what else to say so I'll just stop here for now. Hugs and kisses

Woot that is good Vets is a fairly lively place or at least we try to make it like that, there is also the support side if you ever feel you need it xx

ROFLMAO!!!!! Thanks for the offer on the prunes, but I'll think I'll pass on them. I have enough gas to fuel a small town. Imagine if I ate the prunes? I'd probably produce a small atomic bomb.

Hi Caitlin

I'm a fairly new vet aswell. I've dabbled a little.

Are you anywhere near Boston? I visited there last October (to watch the Head of the Charles) and loved the place. My housemate is there this week. You're probably going to tell me that you are nowhere near but oh well, I was trying to find some common ground
