I#'ve just had it for lunch, and I had it every day in packed lunch at school.
I've tried to mix it up with mango chutney and cheese, but really it's all about the branstons!

I still think the person who first tried cheese is amazing... "Oh, I left some milk out a little long, it's gone yellow and hard and smells like my feet, I think I'll eat it!!"... but cheese and pickle is yum. Mmm.
Before that, I wonder who was the first person who thought "Oh look, there's a cow over there with a new born calf. let's go and squeeze those pink dangly things and collect the white liquid in a bucket and then drink it."
But yes, cheese and pickle is good but it does need to be a strong cheddar, I think.
That's one thing I'd miss if I lived in most other countries. A lot of countries' cheese is just plasticy and tasteless.
