Triggering (SI) - ahh!
im really sorry if i didnt label this properly but ill just pre-warn that any ex addicts or anyone in general may find this triggering.
with that said. i just endured the longest nosebleed of my life and my face is incrediably sore. i am completely aware of why. my question is does anyone know how to prevent them for long term..ness? or does anyone know if the tissue in your nose is healable? is there a non-surgical way i guess of healing?
because ive gone weeks without snorting and nothing would prompt a nosebleed but it still occurs spontanieously.
if anyone has any information on such that would be helpful and appreciated.

i havent snorted in almost 3 1/2 months and i still get nosebleeds. i dont know of any nonsurgical fixes, my doctor says he wont start suggesting things until i show great improvement in my sobriety, i relapsed a few days ago, not with coke though. my doc said it can take a long time to completey stop the nosebleeds because recovering coke addicts tend to get sinus infections alot and that slows down the healing.

it all depends really on how long you have been using for. if te damage is not too bad then over time the tissue will repair itself however if you have been a long term user the likelyhood of this is rather low, im affaird to say.

I'm really not sure. Cocaine hydrochloride works by the cocaine being absorbed by the tissues, and the hydrochloride left over becomes hydrochloric acid, which is why it messes you up like that. I don't know the cure though, sorry :(

fawwwwk. yeah nothing prompts my nosebleeds anymore. im more likely to have one obv if ive been snorting previously but i still get them even if i havent so im assuming its perm damage x_x
i also cant breathe when i wake up because my head was tilted back for so long. its even worse when theres warm weather outside and the air is dry which dries out the insides of my nostrils even more and causes it to break open and bleed. summer is not good nosehealing weather
wow, dont i feel a whole lot better now :/

I don't disagree. I'm just conscious - for once - of the forum rules.
