no more meds update
its been four day since i took my pills
i feel really really sad , cryin all day ive cut loads arms and legs
the voice is getting louder nd is tellin me to do stuff
nd im not sure whether he is real or not but there is a man outside my window all the time tellin me to hurt ppl.... i think im gona go doc in the morn defo

Please see your doc as soon as you can hun, the things you are mentioning sound very scary and horrible for someone to go through...what do you mean a man outside your window? can you see him or just hear him?

Hon you should definately see your doctor as soon as you can
Coming off meds suddenly can cuase all sorts of unpleasant effects and make you feel awful
If you feel really bad you can go to hospital and see a doctor there, if you feel very unsafe

ya im gonna go in the mornin
my mam is forcing me 2 go, i told her a wile ago cos i was real upset nd she had 2 lift me up off the floor i was so scared off the guy outside.
ya i can see him nd hear him but wen i move closer 2 the window its like he runs away nd disappears
i feel a lil bit better since i told her, i really dont wanna go back on ad's i hate em!!!
my arms nd legs hurt so bad now
