Im back (again)

I know I keep saying I am back and then dissappear again sorry!
Think I have sorted internet out and plus im in this week as not aloud to exercise!

Finding it really hard actually, as now how do i justify that I should eat? Im not allowed to exercise as I have been told that I have stress fractures, it even hurts to swim grrrr, but I guess that will ease that off once the swelling has gone down.

Im still waiting for the docs to get back to me on my bone density and blood tests, i know I am osteopenic, but just need to find out what to do.....

Grr all at the wrong time, anyway I will try and reply to some threads and give some support
