I start Antabuise on monday...
ashamed but i have to
im havong blackouts and harming during them, scared of what i might do...
so course of valium for the WD's and antabuse...
altho he has kind of dropped my "this will help" feeling when he said sometimes it makes you ill..it dpesnt always work...
I thought it did..
ph well...
i will be ctc'ing the local addicitions centre for their daytox counselling.

well day three, sleepy cos of the valium and AP's but dont want hubby to come home and find me napping yet AGAIN.
AND i called the local addiction team and am 'in the system', the intake wrker isnt back till tomorrow...so i may hear form her...i may not this week. Hope so. 2nd week of group, i like it.i think im gonna get alot from this group.
so some things are better..better than i ever thught they could be
the snese of doom, impending disaster is still there tho....and the urges...one in particular. But i wrotw abuot it in another post so wont take up too space on it here....sorry
