little nervous...

hello loverly peeps...
i start a new program today, called 'changeways'..it uses different approaches to help. I just hope it will BE a help. But if i only get one thing out of it that will be good. At least it forcing me out of the house LOL.
i'll prolly update later on how it went, if no one minds...

well, i survived lol. The group is extremely varied. However there are three other smokers so you meet them that way ;o)
This is mainly CBT (was hoping for DBT) but im sure this will have a benefit. At least im doing something right?
i'll let ya know as it gets going. This is only one time a week, i dont think i was ready for the responsibility of making myself go every single day...if i could do that evweryday , i wouldnt be off work...
