Nightmares and Indigestion

Well can Nightmares and indigestion be linked - i.e does one spark the other?

My nightmares have been getting worse since I finished work for the Christmas break, until last night when it feels like I have hardly slept at all (but I know I must have) and the pain from the indigestion was sharp.

Heres hoping that going back to work tomorrow makes the nightmares go away?

Any one any views?

Thanks

I think they can, yes - I think I've heard such things from a scientific point of view, but also on a personal level I've experienced that physical discomfort can translate into bad dreams.

I hope you get some good sleep soon

try taking an indigestion remedy to ease discomfort and avoid things that irritate your stomach like asprin and acidic foods. gaviscon liquid is good. also try doing some relaxation before going to sleep to help you sleep better. hope you feel better soon.
