Empowering quotes

I'm making a winning against worry box as a result of my therapy to help with worry and paranoia. Does anyone know any good quotes I can put on the outside of the box?

I like:

"Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over it became a butterfly."

Can't really think of any more right now.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

I am currently:

Ilana used to say "I can do hard things" which I think is a nice mantra :)
My mantra is "just a bad day, not a bad life".

When I am in the same room as my USB stick which contains my definitive list of quotes, I shall post some more :)

No other sadness in the world would do
