damn iPods!

I just managed to wipe my entire iPod of all it's music (which is a lot btw).

So now, after 2 hours and 40 minutes, I still waiting for the damn thing to relaod them all.

Currently showing: copying 1783 of 1856 songs.




Anyone else done something this dumb with the technology available to them?

I havent done anything dumb with technology like that. I have though, after just getting my mp3 back from being repaired, rolled down a hill with it in my pocket and broken the screen, so now I can only see the top left corner, which is annoying, though it does still work!

I feel your pain.
My iPod wiped itself not long before the old laptop died.
I have no idea how long it took but I had around 2,500 songs on there.

I did that when I first had my iPod. But luckily (touches wood) I haven't done it since.
I have 34 days worth of music on it, yet the battery only lasts about 2.5 hours... Total trash on that side of things.

Mine deleted it all by itself!...stupid things. I also dropped my phone down the toilet if that counts.

I'm awful with technology and am constantly breaking my laptop! And I've broken the till at work before! But i have yet to break the ipod. Hopefully it's Emma proof!

'Cause i get bored of my iPod songs and have to change them every 2 weeks or so. It takes forever.

The battery went on my ipod after about 4 months and i refuse to have another one.

My dad once deleted something off the computer because he didn't use it and it turned out that itunes wouldn't work without it. I lost my songs and started screaming at my dad.

He's always deleting stuf he doesn't use. I'm glad i have my laptop. He deleted msn 2 days after i got my laptop because it does his head in apparently.

I don't own an iPod but I feel the pain of people who have had the experience of damaging mp3 players - was running on holiday to find the dog (who did a runner) fell out, scratched the whole front of the player - still works though!

my only issue with my iPod is that i cant figure out how to put music videos on there...it out 4 videos on there without asking me, only 1 has sound with it. i need to figure out how to seperate that sound from the movie so that i can watch music videos and hear the music that goes with them at the same time. i have no idea how to do that and thats really bugging me. dunno if i'm the only one or not?
but so far so good...i havent erased all the songs on my iPod....*hopes i never will*
