I am exasperated because I have a nutritionist and haven't gone back because I feel guilty about relapsing. I see a psychologist for other important issues, though she asks how I'm doing with my eating from time to time. I just don't know what to do.

Hi there, sorry to hear that you've relapsed. I know it's been a little while since you posted- how are things going? Have you managed to raise this with your psychologist? I think it would be a good idea, as she will be able to help you unpick that guilt about relapsing and hopefully you'll feel able to go back to the nutritionist to seek some help, if that's what you want.

I address separate issues with my therapist, as I needed a trans specialist. I'm just glad I went back to my cousin to help with the eating disorder; I'm putting in the work, but it's extremely hard.

Oh yay, well done for putting in the work and I'm pleased to hear that you have your cousin supporting you. I know it's so hard but recovery is possible and so worth it. Good luck and please do post here if you want to vent or ask for any advice :)
