A lot of those diagnosis are linked so wouldn't be separate e.g. bipolar and depresson. If that makes you feel less of a mess? Focusing on diagnosis isn't always helpful and it strikes me you must have a lot going on with the Wow im a mess comment and I wonder if you want to elaborate on what's going on currently?

As Cam said a lot of those do link with each other and overlap greatly, so I expect you have two or three 'core' diagnoses rather than a whole list like that which can be easier to think about.

You're not a mess, and those diagnoses can be treated and managed. Are you receiving any help currently?

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

Hi Sarah my names Sarah :) and Im pretty sure I'll be diagnosed with a list similar to yours soon.
Through all my internet reading theres very few disorders I havent had symptoms for really but like mentioned above a lot of symptoms overlap and so it will be hard to know which ones exactly you do have until your further into a therapy and your counselor knows you really well. Remember most are diagnosing from a list of symptoms in a book, not from personal experience of the disorder(s) so maybe you have been diagnosed with all these at the start but Im sure as time goes by you will be crossing many off the list :)

I have 12 psychiatric, neurological and physical diagnoses in total.

It can feel crap. But try not to overthink it.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
