Scar Treatment

I was wandering if anyone has had or knows of any scar removal treatments. By this I mean laser treatment or chemical peels. It is just something I am considering but I don't know how I will feel if I do actually get them removed.

i've heard o fthis one thing...its called destigmatazation...basically they turn your scars into more socially acceptable scars by doing a skin graft to cover the area...its still scarred but it doesnt look like si which is the point. i dont know anything about chemical peals and that stuff except that they hurt really bad...
