Just a a question...

When the mods get a report in from someone like a thread or PM, do they actually do something about it?
I know they do, but I got told I would be 'ban' from here and I'm not and it's been like 2 weeks now.

I'm just really confused.

They have to have lengthy discussions about what to do about a particular situation. Sometimes it takes a while. For example, when the 'Say here what you can't say to someone/Get something off your chest' thread was closed, it took them over a month before they decided it would have to stay closed for a year from the date of that decision. Just because something hasn't happened yet does not mean it cannot or will not happen in the future.

They will be doing something about it, but with certain things they have to investigate things, which can take quite a bit of time. Especially as they only have a small team. They are working on things though.

Depends on how mundane the PR is. Interesting issues can take up to a month to come to a conclusion and can involve several posts and chatlogs in a single infraction report. Tiny things often only require an informal warning that is logged in several places for future use. Small things often result in a formal warning. For anything larger there is the point system. I don't know how things happen right now, but the tradition was that bans were never sprung on anyone who was not a troll or a spammer. Remember that you can't seen anything smaller than a ban. The issue may have already been dealt with.

I must have you!"

You'd really have to contact the moderators directly about this, they won't be able to answer it on the forum and nobody else can give you a comprehensive answer about the situation.
